SHIPPING, PAYMENT & RETURNS POLICY

1. DELIVERY & PICKUP

Eldon Jozef Apparel offers free local delivery and convenient store pickup within Curaçao.

FREE DELIVERY — CURAÇAO

  • Delivery is completely free throughout Curaçao.
  • Orders are generally prepared for delivery within 24 hours after payment confirmation, subject to product availability.
  • Customers will receive an email notification confirming their order and delivery arrangements.
  • Please check your spam or junk folder if you have not received our confirmation email.
  • Customers may be asked to present their order confirmation and valid identification upon delivery.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

STORE PICKUP — KORSWILL, SAMBIL MALL

Customers may collect their orders free of charge at:

Korswill Store
Sambil Mall, Curaçao

Pickup is available only after receiving an email confirming that the order is ready for collection.

Please bring your order confirmation and valid identification when collecting your purchase.

2. PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following payment methods, subject to availability at checkout:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Direct bank transfer

All applicable taxes are calculated and displayed during checkout in accordance with Curaçao tax regulations.

BANK TRANSFERS

Orders paid through direct bank transfer will only be processed after payment has been received and confirmed.

If payment is not received within three (3) business days, the order may be cancelled and the products made available for purchase again.

3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We strive to provide quality products and ensure customer satisfaction.

FINAL SALE POLICY

All purchases are considered final, except where a return, replacement, or refund is required by applicable law or where a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within three (3) days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where applicable.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide further instructions. Eligible items may be replaced with the same product, subject to availability, or otherwise resolved in accordance with applicable law.

Please do not return products to Korswill without receiving prior authorization from Eldon Jozef Apparel.

The three-day notification period does not limit any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

4. GIFTS

Products purchased as gifts are subject to the same return and exchange conditions described above.

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
